Warranties and Returns
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Should your ZCLIP money clip fail under normal use within the first year from date of purchase, ZCLIP will replace it free of charge, plus shipping and handling of $7.95 (International orders will be responsible for international shipping rates). Your ZCLIP will be replaced with the same style as previously purchased. If the exact style is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar style. Should your ZCLIP fail under normal use as long as you own it, it will be replaced for 50% of the listed price, plus shipping and handling of $7.95 (International orders will be responsible for international shipping rates).
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. (b) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the ZCLIP Product’s specifications. (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause. (d) to a ZCLIP Product that has been modified to alter functionality without the written permission of ZCLIP. (e) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the ZCLIP Product. (f)you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to ZCLIP.
Should your ballistic or leather credit card holder fail under normal use within the first year from the date of purchase, ZCLIP will replace it free of charge, plus shipping and handling of $3.95.
Should your ballistic or leather credit card holder fail for as long as you own it, ZCLIP will replace it for $10.00 plus shipping and handling. If the exact wallet is not available, ZCLIP will replace it with a similar style and color. Please contact email@example.com for wallet replacements.

We guarantee our products and believe you will be more than satisfied with your ZCLIP money clip. However, if an item has not met your expectations, you may return it. Please see the below guidelines for all returns.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days following date of purchase for a full refund, not to include the original shipping/handling costs.
Returned items must be returned unused, in its original packaging to receive a full refund. Items received in any other manner may not be accepted or may receive a partial refund.
Purchases made through ZCLIP authorized dealers are subject to the individual retailers return policy and will need to be handled directly with the respective dealer.
Returning a ZCLIP:
For orders purchased at zclip.com, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Verify that all merchandise is in the original packing and all accessories are included.
- For your protection, use a “traceable” ground shipping method.
- DO NOT TAPE THE RETURN FORM TO THE ZCLIP BOX. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF TAPE.

- Please allow 2 weeks once your ZCLIP money clip has been received for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been completed. Funds may take up to 7 business days to return back to your account once your refund has been processed.
