Follow these simple steps below:
STEP 1:
Grab a photo of your Dad and upload it to the form below. It doesn't have to be just him, it can also include his children, grandchildren and friends!
STEP 2:
Tell his story! (Must be at least 300 words long)
Now is your chance to make Dad shine. Tell us why your Dad is great and there is no cap on how much you can write. We actually encourage you to go well above the 300 word minimum.
You can be sappy or share a funny story, it's totally up to you!
